Sub-measure 6.5.2 – “Support for participation of entrepreneurs in promotional programs” 

Announces the receipt of applications for project co-funding

for participation in the Branch Promotional Program for the sector of IT/ICT services

Applications for co-financing must be submitted as specified
in the Regulation for Carrying the Contest(click here), from May 31^st 2012

directly in the quarters of the Ministry of Economy, on working days, i.e.
Mon, 8am – 6pm, and
Tue – Fri, 8.15am – 4.15pm, or sent by post or courier mail to the address:

For forms sent by post or courier mail, thedate of registering the application in the office of the Ministry of Economy shall be deemed as the date of receipt of that document

The goal of the sub-measure 6.5.2 is to strengthen competitiveness of the economy by enhancing the image of the Polish economy among the international partners, establishing business connections by entrepreneurs, and by promoting the top Polish export goods.

This competition concerns co-financing entrepreneurs participating in the branch promotional program of the IT/ICT sector(click here).

The contract for execution of the branch promotional program of the IT/ICT sector services was entered into on April 26^th 2012. The Applicant submits the participation declaration for this program to the organizer of the branch promotional program of the IT/ICT sector services.

The provided cost allocation within the competition is PLN 7,300,000.00*. Applications for co-financing will be accepted until the level of 130% of allocation provided for the competition is reached.

In the event of reaching the level of 100% of the allocation, the Implementing Institution will be publishing information about the current level of utilization of allocation provided for the competition on the Ministry of Economy website, on every working day.

The scale of aid for participation in the branch promotional program may not exceed 75% of expenditures qualifying for aid for participation in one branch promotional program.

Only entrepreneurs who fulfill the project choice criteria (click here)defined for the sub-measure 6.5.2 may apply for co-financing.

The Applicants will be informed about being granted or being denied the co-financing within 60 days from the date the Applicant sent the complete application for co-financing, along with the attachments.

A legal remedy held by the Applicant is protest. Detailed conditions, dates, and the manner of submitting a legal remedy are defined in Attachment 4.4 to the Detailed description of priorities of the Operational Program Innovative Economy, years 2007-2013.
